Social Media Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Handler who can manage our brand’s social media presence and run effective paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both organic social media management and paid advertising, with the ability to engage audiences, build communities, and generate leads through impactful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Run and manage paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram (Meta Ads).
• Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns for ROI, and prepare regular reports.
• Create ad creatives (in collaboration with designers/content team) and write ad copies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media and advertising.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation online.
• Analyze insights/metrics and recommend improvements for content and campaign performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in handling social media platforms for brands.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, optimization).
• Strong knowledge of organic content strategies and audience engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
• Creative thinking, good communication, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
