Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content, grow our online community, and analyze performance to continuously optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms
• Develop and execute content calendars
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and relationships
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed
• Run paid ad campaigns and track performance
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

• Video editing skills
• Experience with influencer collaborations
• SEO knowledge for social content

Salary Range:

• 20,000 - 25,000 / Monthly
