Role Description

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for agency clients, ensuring brand consistency, driving engagement, and maximizing reach across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.?

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.?
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).?
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.?
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and reports.?
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and creative content.?
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.?
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for ROI.?
  • Assist in influencer outreach and campaign management.?
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing integrated marketing campaigns.?

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.?
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.?
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr).?
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).?
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.?
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field (preferred).?

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.?
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.?
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).?
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or across time zones as needed.
