Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Web3 Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence, grow our community, and strengthen the thought leadership of our brand and founders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms, tailored for Web3 and blockchain audiences.
Manage all official social media accounts, driving growth in audience size, follower count, and engagement.
Curate, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, threads, stories, shortform videos, and campaigns.
Manage and expand the Twitter and LinkedIn presence of the founders, ensuring consistency with brand tone, ongoing initiatives, and industry thought leadership.
Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, conversions) and optimise strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on the latest Web3 trends, communities, and discussions to position the company and founders as key voices in the space.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
Engage with the community through comments, DMs, AMAs, and collaborations with influencers/KOLs.
