We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media Manager and Brand Strategy Lead to fully take charge of one wellness brand. This is not a multi-brand role. You will be responsible for just one brand , and your full focus will be on building, growing, and managing it across platforms. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in social media and brand strategy Strong understanding of Instagram, content planning, influencer marketing, and brand positioning Ability to create monthly strategies, build content direction, and ensure timely execution Skilled at coordinating with designers, editors, and other creatives to bring campaigns to life A sharp eye for storytelling, visuals, and trends Someone who doesn’t just post but builds a real brand with purpose and consistency Responsibilities: Build and execute content strategy, calendar, and campaign direction Work with creative teams to deliver high-quality brand content Manage engagement and community across platforms Regularly track insights and performance metrics to improve and grow Take full ownership of the brand’s online presence and performance What We Expect: Full accountability for execution and consistency Clear growth in brand visibility, engagement, and value Strategic thinking backed by action A builder’s mindset — someone who treats the brand like their own This role is for someone serious about building something long-term and meaningful.
