Social Media Executive

Job Designation: Social Media Content Creator ,Editor & brand Establishment.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

- Create visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.

2. Content Editing:

- Edit and proofread social media posts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in the brand’s voice.

- Collaborate with team members to revise and improve content.

3. Daily Updates:

- Update social media handles across all platforms every day with fresh and engaging content.

- Ensure that all posts are aligned with the current trends and the organization's goals.

4. Social Media Management:

- Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms, ensuring optimal engagement times.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive content.

7. Research and Trend Monitoring:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.

- Conduct research to find interesting and relevant content ideas.

8. Campaign Planning:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for both the business unit and the NGO.

- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, darkroom etc.)

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Compensation:

- Salary: 15000 INR per month.

- Work Arrangement: Work from home.
