Role Overview

We are looking for a camera-friendly, execution-focused Social Media Executive who can bring our brand story to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion content, can plan and execute consistently, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager to translate content strategy into high-quality, on-brand daily execution and influencer-led initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Execution

  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, collections, and business goals
  • Execute daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.) as per the content planner
  • Ensure timely deployment of content with correct captions, hashtags, and formats

On-Camera & Content Creation

  • Be camera-friendly and comfortable featuring in brand content (Reels, stories, explainers, styling videos)
  • Assist in shooting short-form videos (mobile-first) for social media
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and short scripts for videos

Influencer & Collaboration Coordination

  • Coordinate with influencers and creators for product seeding, shoots, and campaign rollouts
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and posting schedules
  • Support influencer-led marketing initiatives from planning to execution

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison with the Brand Manager to ensure content execution matches overall brand strategy
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, performance) where required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of prior experience in social media/content roles
  • Mandatory experience with fashion, lifestyle, or cosmetics brands (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram-first content (Reels, Stories, static posts)
  • Comfortable with on-camera presence and basic mobile video shooting
  • Good command over content writing and storytelling
  • Organized, execution-driven, and deadline-oriented

Good to Have

  • Experience working with D2C brands
  • Understanding of content trends in men’s fashion
  • Basic editing skills (Reels, short videos)
  • Exposure to influencer marketing workflows

Pay: ₹10,163.07 - ₹35,115.66 per month
