Job Description

Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Tailor content to align with our brand voice and audience interests.

Strategy Development:
Create and execute social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. Set clear objectives and KPIs for social media performance.
Community Management:
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, to foster a positive online community and address any inquiries or concerns.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support recruitment drives, brand initiatives, and client outreach.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies current and effective.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and objectives
