We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing and a strong understanding of Reels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive social media growth and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower base.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms.

Utilize knowledge of Reels to create engaging and trending content.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.

Proven experience in creating and managing Reels.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
