Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media content manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage social media platforms efficiently. As an on-site role, this position requires active collaboration with teams, students, and stakeholders to build a vibrant digital community and strengthen engagement.

Expectations

Manage the social media calendar and execute content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent, engaging posts , with planning support for YouTube.
Collaborate with departments to understand their social media requirements and further coordinate with students to foster digital communities and enhance social engagement.
Analyze social metrics to provide improvement insights while ensuring aesthetic quality and brand consistency in collaboration with the design team.
Track social media trends and apply creative strategies to boost online presence.

An ideal candidate would be a creative & strategic thinker, a go-getter with collaborative approach and an intrinsic passion for making lives and the country better.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with managing social media platforms, especially YT, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity/ willingness to learn analytics tools to monitor performance and generate reports.
Ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns to increase engagement.
Experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong aesthetic sense to maintain quality design in collaboration with the design team.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-campus environment.
