Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s social presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for content planning, posting, engagement, analytics.

l Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Work with the design and content team to create visuals and captions.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in real time.
• Track platform performance (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.) and share insights weekly.
• Stay updated on social media trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes.
• Assist with influencer marketing or collaboration campaigns.
• Run basic ad campaigns (optional; training can be provided).
• Support in growing followers and improving brand engagement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (Twitter & YouTube are a plus)
• Good written communication and creative thinking
• Basic graphic skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.
• Understanding of content trends, reels, hashtags, and audience behavior
• Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite (preferred)
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,865.96 - ₹15,000.06 per month
