Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Intern/Executive to manage, grow, and engage MusafirBaba’s online presence. The role involves creating refreshing travel-inspired content, executing campaigns, driving lead generation, and building strong digital engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and engagement across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging travel content in collaboration with designers and writers.
• Run email & WhatsApp campaigns to nurture and generate quality leads.
• Drive organic lead generation through social media, communities, groups, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for travel campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain active engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, leads) and report insights.
• For interns: Learn practical strategies in social media + lead generation and assist the team in execution.

Requirements

• For Interns: Passion for travel and social media, with a basic understanding of digital platforms.
• For Executives: 1–2 years of experience in social media management and/or digital lead generation.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools for content creation.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, email/WhatsApp campaign tools, and analytics.
• Understanding of influencer collaborations, paid promotions, or SEO (preferred for executives).
