We are now expanding our online presence and seeking a creative, passionate, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team. Job Role: Social Media Executive Experience Level : 0–3 years Location : On-site (Ambli Road, Ahmedabad) Working Days : Monday to Saturday Timing : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible on event days) Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content (posts, reels, stories, polls, etc.) Work with design and content teams to produce eye-catching creatives and campaigns Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly engagement reports Coordinate with collaborators, influencers, and event partners when needed Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms Good command over English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus) Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, or similar Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills Creative eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand tone Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus: Experience in event coverage, photography, or basic video editing Compensation: Salary as per industry standards and experience Performance incentives and growth opportunities Hands-on learning in media, branding, and public engagement Chance to work on exciting social campaigns and high-profile events Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
