We are expanding our digital team and looking for a skilled and driven Senior Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence.

Job Overview:

The Senior Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage daily operations of all social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with ongoing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage online reputation and community engagement, including responding to comments and messages.
• Coordinate with influencers and manage collaborations and online events.
• Handle paid ad campaigns and performance boosts (preferred).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and other scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
