Social Media Executive

The Social Media Management Executive will be responsible for creating, managing and executing the social media strategies for the client on various online platforms to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive traffic.

• This role involves managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and creating appropriate monthly reports.

• The Social Media Management Executive will work closely with the client and other cross-functional team-members to ensure committed service delivery as per the contract.

• KRAs:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns aligned with the client’s objectives and target audience.

• Create and post engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats with help from the design team.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to create compelling visual and written content.

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics.

• Monitor and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.

• Conduct social listening to identify trends, sentiment, and opportunities for engagement or crisis management.

• Research and implement social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends to optimize campaign performance.

• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Stay informed about the latest social media tools, trends, and features, and recommend innovative ideas to enhance social media activities.

• Support social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.

• Provide social media training and guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices, policies, and platform usage.
