Job Description

Job Profile: Social Media Executive

Job Location: -

Key Responsibilities:

Be up to date about current trends and the best practices of our competitors' social media activities and making effective content plans
Develop and implement community and social media strategies across various channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, snapchat etc
Oversee all social media design requirements and effectively coordinate with design & content team
Manage social media campaign execution and content publishing
Preparing & presenting weekly/monthly reports and decks
Organizing brainstorming sessions to grow page followers, reach and engagements
Evaluating inbound social media proposals
Handling Facebook ads manager account for engagement/ reach and video campaigns

Online Reputation Management:

Manage all ORM operations, escalate relevant comments/ mentions to relevant stakeholders, manage trackers.
Prepare and Analyse ORM reports, share relevant insights
Conduct competitive scans.
Provide strategic directions and crisis management.
Coordinating with Internal Teams to ensure all SLAs are adhered to.
