Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Write compelling captions and manage brand tone across platforms
• Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Manage basic paid promotions (if required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and analytics tools
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
• Understanding of audience engagement and brand building
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns
• Experience in education/consultancy sector is an added advantage
