Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring talented and creative freshers for the role of Social Media Executive. We are looking for someone who truly understands social media, can create engaging content, and stays updated with the latest trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
• Manage and grow company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Stay updated with trending topics, viral content, and platform algorithms
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms like Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of current trends, viral format, and social media algorithms.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• A passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.
