Social Media Executive

Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

CTC: 20k-25k per month

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

In this role, you will handle content planning, publishing, engagement, and analytics—playing a key part in driving audience connection and digital growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop content for posts, reels, stories, and shorts.
• Schedule and publish content daily across Instagram, YouTube Community, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that align with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and messages across all platforms in a timely manner.
• Manage Telegram groups and WhatsApp broadcasts for community engagement.
• Share engagement trends and audience insights with content and sales teams.
• Track key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, shares, and engagement rate.
• Conduct A/B testing on content formats, posting times, and copy to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing team on content boosting and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with funnels, testimonials, and launches.
• Source content, quotes, and updates by working closely with educators and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years managing social media handles, preferably in EdTech or finance-related domains.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and their platform dynamics.
• Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic design or video editing software.
• Communication: Proficient in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assisting or managing YouTube Lives or webinars.
• Understanding of hashtags, SEO for social content, and CTA-based lead capture.
• Interest in stock markets or finance-related topics.
