Social Media Executive

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving the social media strategy for our brand. You will be tasked with creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Post Social Media Marketing Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, edit, and schedule content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and customer feedback.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Analyze performance metrics and create reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
