About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong creative, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).

Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize performance.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.

Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Respond promptly to followers, build online communities, and maintain brand reputation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
