Job Description

Content Creation ○ Design quick-turn static posts, stories and simple carousels using approved templates. ○ Edit short videos (Reels/Shorts) from raw clips: trims, captions, subtitles, simple transitions, thumbnail text. ○ Write crisp captions, hooks and CTAs; apply agreed hashtag sets. ○ Adapt master creatives to platform sizes/aspect ratios. Schedule and publish as per the calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts/Community), X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Broadcast and all other SM platforms. ○ Maintain link-in-bio, highlights, playlists and pinned posts; keep storefront/product links current. ○ Ensure accuracy of quotes, attributions, spellings, and festival/event dates. Monitor comments/DMs; respond within SLAs; escalate sensitive queries. ○ Collect and organise User Generated Content (UGC)/testimonials with permissions. ○ Support on-ground coverage (talks, launches, book fairs): quick stories, short clips and posts.
