About The Opportunity

A growth-focused organisation operating in the Talent & Career Development / HR-Technology sector, delivering employer-brand, candidate-engagement and career services across India. We drive data-led digital outreach and candidate funnels through content, community and paid social campaigns. This is an on-site role for a Social Media Executive to own creative execution, audience growth and performance tracking across core channels.Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute the end-to-end social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTubeplan, write, design and publish platform-optimised content.
  • Produce and manage short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok): scripting, asset creation, editing briefs and working with creators for UGC-style content.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagementrespond to comments and DMs, moderate groups, surface candidate leads and escalate high-intent queries to Talent teams.
  • Run and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager: target setup, A/B testing, budget pacing and creative iteration to improve CPL and conversions.
  • Monitor channel performance using social analytics and Google Analytics; prepare weekly dashboards and action-oriented insights to improve reach, engagement and funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand, Design and Recruitment teams to align campaigns to hiring priorities, employer-value propositions and recruitment events.

  • Comfortable working on-site in India and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
