Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience to grow their career in digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating, curating, and managing engaging content (images, videos, text) for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule and publish posts according to a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our online community to build relationships and foster a positive brand image.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze basic social media metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth, to understand what content resonates with our audience.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices to help inform our strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in social media management, internships included.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
