Role:

Location:

  • Manage customer interactions on all social media platforms
  • Resolve queries by coordinating with internal teams (Product, Service, Marketing)
  • Monitor brand sentiment and escalate critical issues
  • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred)
  • Generate reports on engagement, feedback, and brand health
  • Guide junior team members and ensure response quality
  • Use AI tools for sentiment analysis and workflow automation
  • Support lead generation and campaign engagement
  • Handle trolling/crisis escalation efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Marketing/Communication preferred)
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi
