We are looking for a proactive digital marketer who can independently manage social media, website growth, SEO, influencer partnerships, and paid ads.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who can take full ownership of Cellexas digital presence from social media to performance marketing. You will plan, execute, and grow our online brand and community with creativity, discipline, and data-driven thinking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content

• Plan, create and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
  
• Develop reels, carousels, captions, stories and UGC content ideas
  
• Respond to comments/DMs and build an engaged community
  
• Track content performance and improve consistently
  

2. Influencer & Dermat Creator Program

• Identify and onboard dermatologists, creators, and beauty influencers
  
• Manage product seeding, content timelines and collaboration terms
  
• Maintain influencer dashboards and performance records
  

3. Paid Ads Full Ownership

• Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads end-to-end

  Planning To Execution to Tracking to Optimisation
  
• Independently manage budgets, campaign structure, creative briefs and performance goals
  
• Improve campaign results using insights (clicks, conversions, sales)
  

4. Website & SEO

• Manage website content, product pages, banners & launch updates
  
• Ensure SEO-optimised pages and blogs
  
• Track traffic and performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
  
• Work with design/tech team for updates & landing pages
  

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor weekly digital performance and prepare monthly reports
  
• Track key metrics for social, website, SEO, ads and influencers
  
• Use data to guide content and campaign improvements

Who You Are

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing
  
• Confident in handling Meta & Google ads independently
  
• Understands Instagram growth and content formats
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics
  
• Strong written communication & creative thinking
  
• Passion for skincare / beauty is a big plus
