Social Media Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for Asmita India Realty, Asmita Organic Farms, and Asmita Club, aligning with the unique goals of each brand.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and identity across all platforms.
- Integrate social media strategy into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the businesss long-term objectives.
Content Creation & Curation
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including static posts, reels, stories, blogs, and live videos across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for each brand, ensuring content resonates with target audiences (e.g., real estate buyers for Asmita India Realty, health-conscious consumers for Asmita Organic Farms).
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing assets that align with brand aesthetics.
Campaign Management & Coordinati
- Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, paid promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Work closely with individual marketing departments (e.g., content writers, graphic designers, ad specialists) to coordinate efforts for integrated campaigns.
- Ensure timely coverage and promotion of company events, launches, and updates.
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Drive community engagement by actively responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
- Build and nurture communities for each brand, including engaging with real estate buyers, farmers, and health enthusiasts.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders for content partnerships and audience expansion.
Analytics, ROI, and Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for all brands, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Online Reputation & Crisis Management
- Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing customer concerns and reviews on social platforms promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the 10-member marketing team to streamline content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between social media and other marketing sub-teams, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior social media coordinators, fostering their professional growth.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithms, and industry innovations to keep the brands competitive and relevant.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and content formats to engage new audiences.
On-camera Confidence
- Comfortable appearing in brand-related video content such as reels, stories, or product explainers.
Flexibility for Travel
- Willing to travel occasionally for shoots, events, or brand-related activities as per campaign requirements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands,
- Preferably in real estate, organic food, or lifestyle sectors.
- Should be interested in fitness.
- Expertise in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting social media performance metrics.
- Proficiency in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with a large, multidisciplinary team.
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- On-camera confidence for creating brand-related video content (optional but preferred).
