Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and brand-aligned content across various social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write creative, compelling, and on-brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and social media teams to align content strategy with campaign goals
• Create engaging captions, posts, reels scripts, and hashtag strategies
• Research trends, competitor content, and social media best practices to stay ahead
• Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategy accordingly
• Proofread and edit content for tone, grammar, and accuracy
• Assist with content calendars and scheduling posts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media content writing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with brand voice development and storytelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
