Job Title: Social Media Content Calendar Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative professional to manage our social media content calendar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating content across multiple platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging, timely execution, and engagement with our audience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop, manage, and maintain a structured social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and events.

- Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar.

- Monitor content deadlines, approvals, and revisions to maintain smooth workflow.

- Track engagement metrics and adjust calendar strategies to optimize reach and performance.

- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders for content alignment.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in social media management or content planning.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).

- Basic understanding of content creation (copywriting, design, or video editing is a plus).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance data.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
