Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute paid social media campaigns following guidance and processes.
  • Ability to perform deep audits/analyses of social media ads and page insights and work on recommendations.
  • Plan, co-develop, and implement social media activation strategies in collaboration with global teams and local affiliates.
  • Collect and analyze data, optimize paid media campaigns, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in social media campaigns.
  • Co-define, monitor, and adjust KPIs reflecting business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Superusers of social media marketing tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Understand multi and omnichannel approaches to paid media and provide a holistic view of performance based on insights.
  • Monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms (Analytics).
  • Knowledge of privacy policies, regulations, and limitations of each social media channel across the world.
