• Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media & Communication Intern who can execute content consistently, manage day-to-day social media activity, and support communication across our digital platforms. This role focuses on content execution rather than content creation from scratch.

The intern will work closely with the founder and core team, helping manage and grow our Instagram presence using existing event footage, performance clips, and media archives. The role requires discipline, an understanding of digital formats, and a genuine interest in India’s independent music scene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and post reels, images, and stories using pre-existing event and performance footage
• Manage daily content posting across our various audience-facing Instagram pages
• Maintain and follow a structured content calendar to ensure timely uploads
• Perform basic video trimming and refinements using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Canva
• Write basic captions, content copies, and post descriptions aligned with the platform tone
• Assist in content creation when required (special posts, announcements, campaigns)
• Tag artists, collaborators, and manage post collaborations
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on social platforms
• Support basic communication with artists, collaborators, and partners when required
• Stay updated on Music industry trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Stay updated with youth trends, music culture, and similar creator pages

Requirements:

• Someone 

  passionate about hip-hop/rap/pop culture, Music

   and youth movements (

  MANDATE

  )
• Comfortable using 

  phone editing apps

   like InShot, CapCut, Canva, etc
• Experience in using social media accounts, especially

  Instagram & LinkedIn

• Basic caption writing and content writing skills
• Ability to assist in content creation when required
• Interested in communicating, staying informed about the industry, and being generally curious to learn about new things, learn quickly, and grow.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to explore new artists and stay engaged with emerging music trends
• Availability to attend the office in Lucknow at least two days a week

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience managing an artist, event, or community social media page
• Familiarity with content calendars, Content creation, and YouTube
