Assist in coordinating with vendors, venues, and partners. Manage on-ground tasks including artist coordination, branding placement, and event flow. Handle communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and attendees. Assist in creating and managing event timelines, checklists, and post-event reports. Research and reach out to potential event partners, brands, and college fests for collaborations. Contribute creative ideas for event activities, audience engagement, and branding integration.
