Role overview & Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to amplify PadCare's B2B brand voice, drive digital engagement, and build compelling ESG-driven narratives that fuel awareness and demand.

• Social Media Management: Manage PadCare's presence across B2B platforms (especially LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and credibility.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content in multiple formats (blogs, reports, videos, infographics, case studies, social media posts).
• Campaign Execution: Plan and run targeted social media campaigns that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and engagement.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies aligned with B2B goals.
• Content Creation: Ideate, develop, and repurpose content for blogs, reports, videos, and digital campaigns.
• Platform Management: Grow and manage social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report social media KPIs to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Audience Engagement: Drive conversations, respond to comments, and build relationships with B2B stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Leadership) and external partners to ensure brand consistency.

What we're looking for:

• 23 years of experience in B2B Social Media & Content Marketing.
• Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn campaigns and communities.
• Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing (bonus).
• Strong analytical ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create ESG-driven narratives.
