SOCH Planner (Children Psychology)

• A professional with Master Degree with Psychology (Clinical, Counseling)
• A professional with Diploma or Certificate in Child Counseling, Counseling, or any specialization like CBT therapy, REBT Therapy.
• A professional with B.ed / Certificate in Special education
• If the candidate has good skills and knowledge and has completed Bachelors in Psychology, we may consider special cases not all.
• The location of the candidate and the school needs to be considered, and need to confirm if they are ready to travel.
• Observing Special Educators and training them from time to time

1. Language Proficiency

• Strong command of the English language is essential.

2. Clinical & Educational Understanding

• Should demonstrate sound knowledge of:

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)

LD (Learning Disabilities)

Other behavioral concerns such as ODD, CD, OCD, etc.

• Ability to conceptualize and create individualized plans (educational and/or counseling-based) for children.

3. Technical Skills

• Comfortable with basic computer operations.
• Proficient in using Google Drive and digital documentation tools.

4. Program Development & Delivery

• Should be able to contribute to and eventually take responsibility for writing and developing content for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) modules (training will be provided).
• Capable of independently conducting SEL sessions, while managing classroom behavior effectively.

5. School Involvement & Responsibilities

• Willingness to take on school duties as assigned.
• Capable of facilitating workshops for parents, teachers, and students on relevant topics.

6. Communication & Documentation

• Confident in handling parent interactions and meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining individual child records and documentation accurately and consistently.
