SOC Coordinator (TL / DL)

Changepond is looking for experienced professionals to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst Coordination team in Chennai.

📌 Positions Available

Team Lead (TL) – 8+ years Budget: ₹25 LPA Must have team handling experience

Delivery Lead (DL) – 13+ years Budget: ₹30 LPA

🛠 Role Overview

As a SOC Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth SOC operations across shifts, manage workload distribution, and act as the primary liaison between offshore SOC teams and the Service Delivery Manager in India. You’ll also prepare structured reports for the Head of SOC in Switzerland and ensure SLA compliance.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Advanced SOC operations knowledge

Strong organizational & leadership skills

Familiarity with ITIL processes & SOC KPIs

Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Cybersecurity (or related field)

Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL Foundation
