SOC Analyst L1

As a SOC Analyst L1 at Data Security Technologies, your role involves monitoring and supporting daily PIM/PAM tasks and workflows. You will work with data and access security tools such as HIPS, DAM, and MFA, and perform basic troubleshooting using IIS and other tools. Additionally, you will assist with version upgrades for applications and devices, utilize networking fundamentals to resolve issues, handle incidents and service requests using enterprise ITSM ticketing tools, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure system safety and smooth operation. Qualifications required for this position include a degree in BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT or Computer-related fields), 2 to 4 years of experience, and certifications such as CCNA, CEH, or product-related certifications. You should have basic knowledge of Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM), HIPS, DAM, MFA tools, networking concepts and common commands, IIS, troubleshooting, and version upgrade tasks.
