SOC Analyst L1

As a SOC Analyst L1 at Data Security Technologies, your role involves monitoring and supporting daily PIM/PAM tasks and workflows. You will also work with data and access security tools like HIPS, DAM, and MFA, perform basic troubleshooting using IIS and other tools, assist with version upgrades for applications and devices, utilize networking fundamentals to check and resolve issues, handle incidents and service requests using enterprise ITSM ticketing tools, and work closely with the team to keep systems safe and running smoothly. Qualifications: - Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT or Computer-related fields) - Experience: 2 to 4 years - Certifications: CCNA, CEH, or product-related certifications - Basic knowledge of Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM), HIPS, DAM, MFA tools, networking concepts and common commands, IIS and troubleshooting, and version upgrade tasks.
