Roles & Responsibilities

Perform business requirement analysis using use cases, process flows, and prototypes to ensure clarity and feasibility.Create and maintain high-quality documentation including

BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Operating Procedures

.Design and standardize business workflows, including

swim-lane diagrams

and end-to-end process maps.Support system implementation, migration, and enhancement initiatives from the user/business side.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in

Middle and Back-Office Banking Operations

Experience in

data migration

, data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation activitiesExposure to

package-based system implementations

(e.g., Oracle Parties or equivalent)
