As a Senior Specialist Category Management for Sportswear Apparel in the Emerging Markets Business Unit at Adidas, your role is crucial in driving category business success by supporting the implementation of global strategies in a locally relevant manner. Your main responsibilities include: - Supporting the Emerging Markets Senior Manager Sportswear with range management tasks - Driving category management across all key performance indicators to maximize business opportunities - Executing the Go-To-Market process and calendar milestones for Emerging Markets - Supporting Common Range and exclusive strategies for Emerging Markets - Facilitating communication with Cluster stakeholders and Global stakeholders - Analyzing BU data and tracking category performance - Acting as a single point of contact for system-related tasks - Leading ranging activities in RMA and supporting BU with M-3 Range Tool - Understanding the EM consumer and retail environment Your key relationships will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization such as Business Unit Sportswear & Training Team, Horizontal Brand Teams, Business Units, Cluster/Country Category Management teams, and more. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be structured and organized. Proficiency in MS Office, experience in Category Management and Merchandising, and a passion for sport and fashion are desired. Additionally, you should have a University Degree in Business or Marketing, relevant experience in Category Management, and be fluent in English.
