Responsibilities

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Snowflake development and Data engineering.
Strong programming experience with PySpark, Scala, and Python.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in Snowflake.
Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools or frameworks.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices for data workflows.
Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, normalization).
Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization techniques.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using tools like dbt, Talend, Informatica, or custom scripts (Python, SQL).
Write efficient and clean SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data transformation and reporting.
Perform data integration from various sources (e.g., APIs, flat files, relational databases).
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
