Snowflake Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating exceptional architectural solution designs and providing technical leadership to enable delivery teams to deliver exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve developing architectural solutions, enabling delivery teams, competency building and branding, as well as team management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable - Provide solutioning for RFPs, manage the portfolio of solutions, and analyze technology environments to set a collaboration solution design framework - Provide technical leadership for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions, and evaluate solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem - Collaborate with various teams to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues through resolution - Provide technical and strategic input during project planning phases, identify risks, and recommend mitigation plans - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, ensure quality assurance, and recommend tools for reuse and automation - Support pre-sales teams in presenting solution designs to clients, negotiate and coordinate with client teams, and demonstrate thought leadership - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, white papers, and blogs, and mentor developers, designers, and junior architects - Anticipate talent requirements, hire resources, ensure onboarding and training, manage team attrition, and drive diversity in leadership positions - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, track satisfaction scores, and drive engagement initiatives for the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Strong experience in creating architectural solutions and providing technical leadership - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to analyze technology environments and identify improvement opportunities - Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuring quality assurance - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in solution design and architecture Company Details: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company with over 230,000 employees and business partners across 65 countries.
