About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data & Analytics Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in AnzoGraph, along with strong expertise in Snowflake, Matillion, and AWS cloud services. You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing data pipelines, graph analytics, and cloud-based data platforms in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for AnzoGraph-based data solutions
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot pipelines using Matillion ETL and Snowflake
• Monitor and optimize performance of graph queries and data models in AnzoGraph
• Ensure seamless integration of AnzoGraph with other data platforms and tools
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and visualization workflows across AWS services
• Participate in incident management, RCA, and resolution of data-related issues
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with AnzoGraph DB or other graph database technologies
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing and Matillion ETL
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2)
• Proficiency in SQL, SPARQL, and graph query languages
• Exposure to Python, React.js, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, and semantic technologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data support roles within enterprise environments
• Certifications in AWS, Snowflake, or related technologies are a plus
