Job Description

SnapLogic Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


SnapLogic pipelines, tasks, and integrations


data integration, connectors, and job failures


Monitor pipeline executions and proactively identify areas for optimization.


Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve integration issues.


Document issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles for future reference.



Required Skills & Experience:


SnapLogic


cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)


APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML


SQL and relational databases


Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues.


Strong communication and collaboration skills.



Nice to Have:


Linux/Unix knowledge for system troubleshooting.


ETL tools
