SMO Executive

Job Title: SMM/SMO Executive (Social Media Optimization)

Key Responsibilities

· Social Media Strategy: Create and manage social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Content Planning & Calendar: Collaborate with content and creative teams to plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and videos.

· Campaign Execution: Run organic marketing campaigns, festive promotions, health awareness drives, and product-focused initiatives.

· Community Engagement: Respond to DMs/comments, address queries, and manage online reputation.

· Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs such as engagement rate, impressions, reach, CTR, and generate weekly/monthly reports.

· Trend Monitoring: Identify and apply trending hashtags, audio, formats, and memes to keep the brand voice fresh.

· Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with digital marketing, SEO, and product teams to align marketing goals.

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Bachelor's in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

· Experience: 2–4 years in social media management, content creation, and online brand management—preferably in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG.

· Skills:

o Strong command over written and visual storytelling.

o Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Instagram Insights.

o Ability to make reels, edit basic graphics, and maintain platform consistency.
