Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist at Arcitech AI, located in Mumbai's bustling Lower Parel, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing comprehensive social media plans, producing engaging content across various platforms, monitoring audience interactions and engagement metrics, collaborating with influencers, scheduling and managing content delivery, conducting competitor research, managing brand reputation, engaging with the community, writing blog posts and articles, curating user-generated content, monitoring social media trends, and more. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar capacity, possess in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices, demonstrate strong content creation skills including writing, graphic design, and video production, be familiar with social media management tools and analytics platforms, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, understand SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs, showcase creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
