Job Description

As an Ads Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by utilizing your expertise in outbound sales and digital advertising. Your responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Ads services. - Understanding client needs and proposing Ads solutions that align with their business goals. - Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. - Providing clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. - Tracking sales progress, reporting on key metrics, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - Leveraging AI tools to enhance sales activities effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising or similar digital platform services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - A valid Ads certification and knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies. - The ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers at all levels. Additionally, this position requires working night shifts to support international clients, so flexibility is essential. You should also have a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
