SME MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be taking on the role of an SME Manager (Field Sales) at Velox Solutions in Navi Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to oversee client acquisition and manage relationships within the SME segment. This will involve developing business plans, sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to effectively meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Manage and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. - Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain long-lasting client relationships. - Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients. - Proactively collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong Sales Operations and Business Planning skills for strategizing and attaining growth objectives. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. - Analytical skills to assess market trends, gather client insights, and identify new business opportunities. - Proven ability to work on-site and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic field sales environment. - Relevant experience in B2C sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity solutions, is an advantage. - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
