Job Description

You will work closely with onshore teams to develop and execute the People Analytics annual roadmap based on business needs and priorities. Collaborating with Senior HR and business leaders, you will identify key people metrics that align with business strategies and drive decision-making processes. As a data storyteller, you will create concise, story-driven reports and presentations to effectively communicate analytic insights. Your responsibilities will include leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of a standard reporting dashboard across various stakeholder groups, such as C-suite, business leaders, HR leaders, and HRBPs. This dashboard will encompass metrics supporting business monitoring and HR processes related to attracting, developing, and retaining talent. To tackle complex issues, you will leverage mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge creatively. You will design effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting solutions to provide valuable insights for the HR team and business leaders. Additionally, you will design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to steer strategic HR decisions. Collaboration with the IT team will be essential to build, maintain, and update interactive data dashboards and visualizations. You will also contribute to creating communication materials and presentations, including Board decks, to support analysis, program implementation, and updates on strategic initiatives. Qualifications: - 6+ years of proven experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in a complex organizational setting. - Strong understanding of People function, people metrics, talent management processes, and organizational dynamics. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Proficiency in conducting primary and/or secondary research and benchmarking industry standards. - Strong communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Leadership experience, demonstrating effective management of high visibility analytics projects. - Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling is a plus. Must-have skills: - Proficiency in Excel & Power Bi. - Strong communication skills. - On-site work location.,
