Job Description

Cognizant is hiring for “Enterprise Technical support roles” for their technical project. Experience related to SQL, programming, networking, Troubleshooting and Client workspace, Cloud products, Azure or others.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Any bachelor’s degree.

  • 2-5 years of customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.

  •  Worked with Client Workspace and understanding of enterprise-level configurations, troubleshooting advanced issues: routing, API behavior, SAML, OAuth, Understanding of logs, backend tools, traces.

  • Web Protocols

  • Working experience with APIs and SQL - Query Language
  • Working experience with

    System Administration

    concepts, Active Directory, and command-line interfaces in

    Windows

    and

    Linux

    environments
  • Working experience with reading and understanding

    log traces

    for troubleshooting (

    Level

    - Advanced)
  • Working experience with

    email routing and delivery

    mechanisms
  • Demonstrated

    problem-solving

    skills with a strong focus on issue resolution
  • Excellent

    critical thinking

    and

    troubleshooting

    abilities
  • Strong

    intuition

    for identifying potential problem areas
  •   Know basic scripting or command-line tools (even if only for logs or APIs), Awareness of integration with third-party systems (IdPs, MDM, etc.)
  • The executives who work on Client Workspace Deployment centre or work for Reseller, Companies.
  • Strong awareness on GCP/G Suite products and features, experience in working in a customer centric operation resolving technical or operational issues.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills in a technical environment.

  • Strong sense of business ownership, personable accountability, and customer focus.

  • Works well independently and cross functionally with other teams.

  • Drive to go beyond just solving the issue, find the root cause and propose preventative steps.

  • Ability to understand processes and how different pieces of a large process puzzle fit together.

  • Determination to continuously work to achieve team KPIs which often change.

  • Capacity to research using internal knowledge bases and documentation.

  • Aptitude to think critically and work through ambiguity.

  • Flexible enough to work under different work environments Experience with technical writing and version control a plus.
