Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SME-AR Management professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes within a hybrid work model primarily during night shifts. The candidate will contribute to optimizing revenue cycles ensuring efficient financial operations and supporting the companys mission to enhance healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Oversee the reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
Provide expertise in healthcare products to streamline revenue cycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows and processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in revenue management.
Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all financial operations.
